  We recently relocated to Salinas, Ca. Torrente Property Management has been great to communicate with. They really care about our needs and really understand that although we are tenants, this is our home. We appreciate their online portal which makes everything easy. You can pay rent and submit maintenance request all in the same place. Great renting experience so far!
