Q: From the pass two months of visiting friends here, Why do all of the stairwell smell of urine? Do they not clean the public areas of the complex? Also the floors in the hallways don't look like they have been waxed in years?

They clean everywhere but those nasty stairwells. The floors are old just old and worn like the walls and no amount wax can save then
My washer had been out for 4 months, and I kept putting in work order after work order that was being canceled. We went in today and were told to talk to Lamont in 138 who was fixing washers this week. He was incredibly nice to us, and assured us it would be done by tomorrow. 20 minutes later a worker of his came and fixed it. The new management seems like they know what they are doing. He was a really nice and considerate man. Thank you, Lamont!
