  Dr Chai cares about her profession and work. Keeps up to date with the latest information about dry eye , and has always been willing to work with me. Both me and partner go to see this clinic and we are very happy. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an optometrist.

  I’ve been a patient of Dr. Chai’s for over a year and a half now and love her! She has been extremely helpful in treating my dry eye disease. She is kind, intelligent and always up to date on the latest advancements and technology. The staff are also very kind and welcoming. My whole family has started seeing her, and I highly recommend her to others as well! We are very lucky to have a clinic like this in our community!

  Echoing the other positive reviews. My exam performed my Dr. Bartel was the MOST THOROUGH eye exam I’ve ever experienced. Typically in the past with previous clinics I’ve been rushed through and I would just grab my prescription and bought online but I felt that Trifecta definitely earned my continued business. That being said they were very competitive with their eyewear pricing and Karen who looked after my eyewear needs was incredible helpful and patient. LOoK NO FURTHER, this is THE place to go.

  I recently had my first appointment at Trifecta, and it was so great. From checking in with Karen, to my initial eye exam with Trista, and my appointment with Dr.Bartel, I felt so welcomed. The space is beautiful, with such intentional design. It makes you feel like they care so much about your experience. Natalie and Dylan are truly the best of the best. They are some of the kindest people I know, and so knowledgable. They explained my issues in detail, and I left feeling informed and cared for. I cannot recommend it enough!
