We are a retirement community for residents ages 62 and older. At any given time, there are on average 400 residents on campus.
Accepted a position as a CNA here and just through orientation week I can already tell it’s going to be the best choice for me and my family! Everyone is so nice and friendly and the facility is so clean. If I ever have to make the decision to place a loved one in a facility, I would choose Westminster from what I’ve seen already!

Westminster definitely hires the kindest and most hospitable folks in the area. They treat employees and residents like family! The meal tickets and ice cream machine are great perks as well. 😉

Westminister village is such a wonderful community and it is evident that they truly care about the people who live here and also the workers. This truly is the perfect place to work and also a good place to live whenever the time may come.

Finishing up my orientation as a CNA. This place is so welcoming and clean. Staff is so friendly and outgoing. Food is soooo good. I’m excited to start working here!!
