Q & A
Q: (Traduit par Google) quelle est la politique de visite ? (Original) what's the visiting policy?
(Original) Because of Covid, there's been a 14 day quarantine upon admission. I can visit at my mom's window, Facetime, or by cellphone. It's difficult at best as the wifi isn't the strongest to withstand the number of devices I'm sure are being activated. We purchased a prepaid phone for my mom while she's there in isolation. It's not ideal, but we need to do it. Period.

My brother was at Inglemoor for rehab following a major cardiac event. His recovery was medically challenged at times. The entire Inglemoor team was supportive, reassuring, and patient. The physician, nursing and rehab team were on top of every detail to ensure his safe rehab. John made great progress and returned home strong and healthy. My entire family is grateful for the exceptional care!

My mom had a recent stay at Inglemoor following surgery. Her recovery is certainly related to the care and encouragement of the staff in all departments. Thank you for taking such amazing care of her. With gratitude and appreciation Donna and Kunigunda Miller

A close family friend recently rehabbed at Inglemoor and literally could not say enough good things about her stay! For those who have had loved ones in rehab you know this is not the normal reaction. She even liked the food! The sense of community, care and compassion there is unmatched. Highly recommend!

Inglemoor was my first choice based on recommendations from others with first hand experience and because it was the only recommended facility that had 5 stars in all categories from CMS. Inglemoor exceeded my expectations. The facility was consistently very clean, tidy and organized. The staff - from the nurses (special shout-out to KC and AJ!), assistants, physical and occupational therapy, food, directors and assistant directors, and doctors - were welcoming, friendly, always well-informed of what was going on, went out of their way to be helpful, provide answers and was so supportive and patient during an extremely difficult time. There was a consistent and predictable schedule of daily care (ie, check-in's, hygiene, room maintenance, PT & OT, medicine, and meals). Indicative of the care Ingelmoor shows is that even though check-in was after lunch, the staff had a sandwich and drink set aside just in case (and then checked the kitchen to see if there was an extra hot meal). And even though check-out was (technically) before lunch, I was so pleasantly surprised when they provided a hot lunch as I was finishing up the check-out paperwork (I didn't even make a special request - it just showed up). It's these little things that show care for their patient is more important than the profit "lost" by providing 2 extra meals. The discharge nurse took her time and was very patient as we went through the all the new medications and schedule (and was very patient when I called back after checkout to clarify something). Every aspect of the process - from checking in, staying, checking out and billing - was seamless and easy. What makes Inglemoor stand out is that it has a culture of everyone taking pride in doing their jobs well and truly caring about the residents and their family members, which was said to me by so many of the staff when I thanked them. Inglemoor is a wonderful example what is meant by "it takes a village."

The majority of the nurses and aides are very attentive and awesome! It’s normal to have a few that aren’t! We had a great experience while our mom was there for three weeks. Gwen at the front desk and the others (we didn’t get their names) were so sweet and welcoming. Latisha and Jo Jo (nurses) were absolutely awesome! Yvonne and Monique (aides) were the best. We appreciate each and every one of you! We recommend Inglemoor!
